In order to increase the international cooperation of University of Jiroft, Yesterday (Monday, June 7, 2021) the first virtual meeting was held between some academic members of the Faculty of Agriculture at the UJ and the UWM. In this meeting, the heads of the faculties of agriculture of the two universities introduced the faculty and its academic members and their educational and research facilities, and talked about the potentials and areas of cooperation.
 
Dr. Shirani, the advisor of International and Scientific Cooperation Affairs, stated: In this meeting, the field of joint cooperation between the two universities, including the implementation of joint projects, student exchange and writing joint articles, was determined and it was decided that the members of the two faculties be more in touch to implement these goals.
 
It is worth mentioning that a memorandum of understanding was recently signed between the UJ and the UWM, following which a decision was made to establish joint cooperation between the different faculties of the two universities
